The rooms were huge with the hot water, the staff were nice.

A newly renovated and incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Pereira. Best possible and decent location on the main square, easy to get anywhere. Based just off the plaza Bolivar. Large room with the hot water.

The room I booked was kept clean and available with excellent Wi-Fi and beautiful bathrooms, for example. Hot dishes in a great restaurant.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Soratama. The value for money was great, with a spacious room and a comfortable king-size bed. The view from my 9th floor room overlooking Bolivar Plaza was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and better quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay at Hotel Soratama. The location was unbeatable, right on the main square, allowing me to easily explore the city. The newly refurbished windows in my room ensured a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Soratama again if I return to Pereira. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent service.

The hotel's location was decent, next to The Bolivar Plaza. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent with parking off site.

The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a great tour driver and answering any questions we had. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, being right across from a main square and close to other attractions.

There were some issues during our stay. The hotel didn't have the rooms we had reserved, and the alternative they offered was of lower quality and at a higher price.

this newly decorated hotel has magnificent views, lovely pool and free parking off site. in addition to abundant breakfast, the good service is offered. the room is modern & well-equipped. very attentive staff, they smile all the time.
